Thrive 2026 – a dedicated two-day event designed for engineering employers from across Aotearoa and Australia happened in Wellington from Wednesday 18 to Thursday 19 February.
The 2026 theme – Engineering the Future: Innovation, Inclusion and Resilience – was focused on navigating change, embracing diversity and building forward-looking teams. Thrive 2026 left you better equipped to support your people and help your organisation to thrive.
